At Pretty Heritage, we are proud to offer our bespoke services in bridal and occasion wear. 

 

For bespoke design orders:

 

Consultation

Pretty Heritage design team will create a number of design options for your selection. Your measurements will be taken by our designer.  

( COVID-19 UPDATE - Please note Virtual Consultations may require for you to take measurements. The designer will discuss this in detail prior your consultation) 

 

Price 

A exact price will be quoted and a sketch specification will be emailed to you.  Once you have selected the design you wish to proceed with, you will then  be required to make a non refundable deposit payment of 50% of the order value. The order will only proceed once the deposit is cleared. Please note, late payment may effect the delivery time for your order. The balance payment will be due on collection of your order.  

( COVID-19 UPDATE  please note, deposits remain non- refundable,  they will only be refunded on the unlikely event your delivery has exceeded the event date ) 

 

Design Development 

You will be invited back to the Pretty Heritage studio to view your swatches, toile and patterns. This is an opportunity to tweak any changes you wish to make within reason to costing. The toile fitting is the final confirmation for progressing the order. Any changes required thereafter will be considered. These late changes will be carried out without a second toile unless specified, with an additional cost. Please note, in the case of large changes made with embroidery, fabric and other elements, this  may increase the cost of your order.  Any increased costs will be informed to you in advance before proceeding to final production of your order. Once your order has been approved at the design development meeting, no further changes can be made. 

( COVID-19 UPDATE  you may be required to make approvals via pictures and videos. We are also able to post the swatches out to you at an addition P&P cost.  These MUST be returned in the condition they have arrived and signed for delivery.  In the case we are granted to open our studio by the government guidelines, we will require for you to visit our studio to make approvals.)

 

Delivery 

 You will be provided a delivery date for your order. Due to the nature of design and development work, we advise clients to allow for a buffer of 3-5 days of expected delivery.  

( COVID-19 UPDATE - The designer will continuously update on any effects on your delivery due to Covid-19 effects) 

 

 

Collection  

Your collection and fitting appointment will be made once your outfit has arrived to us. Should a fitting be required, we require 5-7 working days for completion. 

 ( COVID-19 UPDATE  please note, we may require an extended time to process any fittings. However, we will be doing our very best to avoid any extra time in delivering your order) 

 

Payment 

We accept cash, most debit and Visa cards and bank transfers. We do not accept, cheques, Apple Pay or pay-pal. For any other forms of payment, please contacts us.

RETURNS POLICY

 

Bespoke

Bespoke designed  items have been specifically made to your measurements and requirements. These details have been approved by you during your design consultation and therefore is a No Return policy. We advise you to check your outfit before leaving as no return will be acceptable there after. Should there be a manufacturing fault, we will send the garment for analysing by experienced U.K  quality control team, who will advise if the return is acceptable or not. A full / part refund or exchange will be offered in the case of a manufacturing fault. Any used or worn items will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Ready to wear. 

Our ready to wear pieces can be tried on in our fitting room. We do not refund or exchange items once bought. We advise you to check your outfit before leaving as no return will be acceptable there after.
