Terms & Conditions 

This website is operated by Pretty Heritage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "the Company" refer to Pretty Heritage.


We offer this website and in store services,  including all information, tools and services available to you the user/customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and / or purchasing our product, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with our service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use any of our in store and online services.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of our Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is the customers responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Pret Collection Purchase

Our Pret collection pieces are ready for purchase in store and online. To Pre-order items, a full payment is required and is non- refundable once payment has been made. Minor changes may be requested such as colour and design from our references. The changes are approved by you the customer to proceed to production without viewing any swatches or toile garments. However, these may be requested at extra cost. The garment style may vary in slight modifications due to batch materials and therefore Pretty Heritage does not stand reliable to minor modifications within 25% of the original design. These changes will be notified to you the customer prior production, if you wish not to proceed with your order, a full refund is entitled with a £45 admin charge. 

Pret Prices

Our Pret pieces may be purchased as a complete garment or as individual pieces. Prices differ in all options and thus no discount is offered to match the price of the lower value options. Our prices are fixed and we do not negotiate on quality of our products. Additional requirements to add detailing to a pre order may occur additional cost. Reduction of details will not reduce cost of garments. The original price will remain as per garment.  We value our loyal customers and will offer promotions or Managers Discount where management accounts suitable.

Garment alteration price is additional of our Pret piece prices.

Our Pret style prices remain the same in store & online, however, they may differ should we hold specific online or in store promotions. You the customer is responsible to keep in touch for any promotional offers. Once payment has processed, no return or exchange can be made to match other existing promotions by Pretty Heritage.  

No refund or exchange is offered on our promotion and sales pieces. 

We accept cash, bank transfer and most bank cards for payment. Bank transfer order will only process once the payment has cleared into the Pretty Heritage bank account. Delays to payment may delay the delivery date. 

All postal deliveries require additional cost of postal & packaging.

Pret Collection Sizing 

Pret collection pieces are made to U.K. sizing standards. Please follow the Pretty Heritage size guide.  Our in store facilities offer fitting rooms to try on garments before purchase. Minor alterations are available at an additional cost for in store visits only. 

Pretty Heritage is unable to provide external Taylor recommendations and is not responsible for alterations made by a third party. 

Pret Deliveries

We deliver within the U.K. and internationally on a Registered Postal service only. In the case of any issue was to occur, the tracking number of your order will be provided to chase status of delivery.  Postage and packaging personal details are followed by us as provided by you the customer. Any change of personal detail must be reported to us immediately. Dispatched post that requires change of personal detail is not the responsibility of Pretty Heritage to track.  You the customer is responsible to follow up on the parcel with the courier company dealing with your delivery. The reference details of your delivery will be provided by us. We carefully consider and package all our deliveries to ensure your garment arrives well. Any loss or damage to the order is not the responsibility of Pretty Heritage. Support to help locate the parcel will be provided but we are unable to replace, refund or credit the garments. Should you require the extra peace of mind for your parcel, we recommend adding postal insurance specifying the full value of the item. You the customer is to provide the value of your delivery that you wish to provide the parcel company sending your parcel. We can not guide you on further postal insurance details and these must be researched and followed up by you the customer. 

f we're unable to meet the delivery time or commence shipping by the estimated delivery date specified, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered.

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products is clearly noted on each order, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimated and Pretty Heritage is not responsible for delayed deliveries once they are posted out to the customer for delivery. We highly recommend customers to place orders well in advance of any personal event date planned for.

The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company.  Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.( COVID-19 UPDATE - The Company will continuously update on any effects on your delivery due to Covid-19 effects)  The company is not reliable to delay of order progress caused by manufacture or Covid-19 related effects. We can not offer refund, exchange or credit note for delays related to the current pandemic.  


Bespoke Consultation

During the initial process of the customers consultation, pictures, swatches or any form of copy is not allowed until a deposit payment has been completed for the order and confirmation has been secured. There after you remain to keep the privacy of the development work with the Pretty Heritage and yourself. 

Bespoke development swatches, toiles and sketch concepts of design and embroideries, fabric developments and design packs, remain the property of Pretty Heritage and at all times during and post order development remain the the privacy of the company. The design packs shared outside of the service is breaking the terms and conditions of the company privacy and further action will be taken with legals in sharing information of any media outside the agreement.  

Advertising of bespoke designs remains in the rights of the company to publish for all means of advertising and referencing. 


Bespoke Price 

We accept cash, most Debit and Visa cards and bank transfers. We do not accept, cheques, Apple Pay or pay-pal. For any other forms of payment, please contacts us.   

All bespoke prices are quoted at initial sketch stage with a 25% buffer. Once a bespoke order has been finalised and agreed the final quotation will be provided prior proceeding into order development. Change of mind will result in a non refundable deposit and no exchange or refund will be offered. All stages of development will be approved by you the customer and order completed to your agreement. The company does not offer refund, exchange or credit during or at completion of you order.

Orders are confirmed once the 50% deposit of the value of item has been completed and cleared into the company account. Your order will process once the deposit has completed and late payment may effect the delivery time of your order. The balance payment will be due on collection of your order. Bank transfer payments must cleared prior collection of your order. 

Bespoke Design Development 

All swatches, toiles, patterns and other means of your order development work, produced by the company, remain the property of Pretty Heritage at all times. 

The Design Development process allows for tweak to be made within reason. Any changes effecting the cost will be made on customer approval. Once approvals have been confirmed no changes can be made there after. Any changes required thereafter will be considered and at clients own risk without further design development reference such as swatches, toiles and sketches may be requested at an additional fee and may delay delivery time. Please note, in the case of major changes made to the order may increase the cost of your order. You the customer will be informed prior further actions are taken on the order. Once new price has been approved by you the customer, the company offers no refund, exchange or credit to implemented changes there after. 

Due to the nature of bespoke orders, we consider allowance of 25% change to original concept design, keeping close as possible to the agreed design pack. Any changes are agreed with you the customer prior making the changes or result of a tested development. Any cancellation due to any reasons during development will result in a non refundable deposit or full balance of order payment must be completed. You will be provided the order if it has been completed in production.  No exchange of product or development work is offered if cancelled mid development or mid production. 


COVID-19 UPDATE : you may be required to make approvals via video calls or pictures via whats app.  We are also able to post the swatches out to you at an addition P&P cost.  These MUST be sent to you the customer and returned to the company by RECORDED & SIGNED postal service.  The items must be returned in the condition they have arrived. All approvals made via any of the above media is considered a confirmation based on you the customers judgement. The Pretty Heritage team will assist this progress to the best way possible and provide as much information to help you make the approvals.   


Should we be granted to open our studio by the government guidelines, we will resume back to making approval at the Pretty Heritage studio.
