Returns Policy

Due to the complexion of Occassion Wear, we provide a strict Refund policy.

 

 

Returns and exchanges are not permitted on all Pretty Heritage products. Please consult the sizing chart before purchasing your order or alternatively a Fitting Room is provided for in store visits.  

 

You may also contact us with any queries you may have before making your purchase. Our team can provide design and sizing guidance but are not responsible for your purchase decision.

 

Should you find you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and our team will evaluate the matter. We strictly do not extend beyond this time.

 

For bespoke orders, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or discounts. 

 

Bespoke items have been specifically made to your measurements and requirements and we follow a customer approval process to which the customer approves and agrees the design & measurements details. The Bespoke service provides a final fitting where any minor alterations will be made within the order cost. Alterations due to increase or decrease of body size, against the measurements taken,  will be chargeable to the customer. 

 

 

 

We do not accept any returned items without prior arrangement and agreement with the Pretty Heritage Management. 

 

Any used or worn items will not be considered under any circumstances.
